報(bào)告人簡介：Olenka Bilash 教授是加拿大著名的語言教育學(xué)家，多年從事雙語教育研究和語言教師職業(yè)發(fā)展研究。近年來，Bilash 教授特別關(guān)注亞洲國家語言政策的調(diào)整對(duì)教師個(gè)體帶來的變化，曾為日本、韓國和中國的英語教師設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施職業(yè)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。

Dr. Olenka Bilash has been on the frontier of several new fields of practice in education: immersion bilingual pedagogy, Aboriginal language education, and Heritage/International languages. Through her publishing career she has helped to develop the foundation needed to sustain these fields. More recently, Dr. Bilash has taken to more frontier work by exploring the impact of study abroad teacher professional development programs.By designing, instructing and managing programs for teachers of English from Japan, Korea and China and maintaining relationships with their school jurisdictions she has been able to trace change and transformation in individuals, classrooms, resources, leadership and policy.
